I've been going here for years. They have a frequent flyer card where you get every 11th car wash free.  Fast, convenient, friendly

BIXBY KNOLLS CAR WASH, YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! 6/23/2017 EVERYBODY BEWARE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Carwash service has deteriorated and is not worth the price anymore.  Worst customer service ever!  I took my minivan for a wash and the carwash ticket writer said, "We are not going to do a good job cleaning the minivan since it is close to closing time".   I paid for my wash and notified the cashier of what the ticket writer said.  She said to talk to the manager.  I called the manager the next day to notify him of poor service.  He said to take it in the next day.  I did so, but the manager did not honor his word and charged me more than half the price of a regular wash.  BIXBY KNOLLS CAR WASH, YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!  EVERYBODY BEWARE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They even have a self serve doggie wash along with the car wash. Not to mention it has been there forever.

Over priced. No better than similar places 1/2 the price. Poor vacuum and finish work. I won't be returning.

They scratched my car and wouldn't take responsibility. Supposedly it's an hand car wash but they put your car on a machine roller. Low cars will be scratched from this. The manager was nasty and thought it could be washed off and when they couldn't get it off the lie became it was already there.
