Javita and staff are always great to me! Javita is that special person who cares about everyone especially her clients! She makes you feel (and look:) like a Billion Buck$! On a side note, BJ's always offers you complimentary beverage when you arrive and makes you feel valued while waiting.

I called to get a shellac manicure. I was told it was going to be $33. I thought that was a little pricey, but kept the appointment. Katie got nail polish on my skin, and didn't clean it all off. Then I went to check out, and was charged  $36. I stated that I was told it was going to be $33. The receptionist said in a snotty way, "Sorry, but that's wrong."

It is expensive, but it's worth it. You get what you pay for -- excellent service and excellent results. I recommend Crystal Barnes and Crystal Merritt. They both take the time to make sure they understand exactly what your expectations are and always are willing to go the extra mile to be sure you're happy with the results.

I had pedicure and face wax.  Pedicure was mediocre, massage skimpy.  Wax was great, good job.
