Just love the atmosphere here. You can play Bingo, play on there many slot machines, eat decent food from there deli. Most casinos provide with free soft drinks, I don't believe this place does. The employees here seemed to always have great attitudes. I don't come here often but always enjoy myself when I do.

Mariah in the slot room is amazing. She always gives everyone great customer service and she's fast at counting money. Her lines are never long because she's so quick.

I just wanted to let everyone know what a great place BJ's Bingo is in Fife. We started playing Bingo there last year and everyone is always so friendly.They have a lot of nice friendly people working there. I would say names but really its all of them. Its so funny when you win they act so happy for you!! I was there last Friday when the machine was down for about 10 min which was ok things happen but then they told us due to the inconvenience we would get an extra 10 off  the following Thurs or Friday I just think that is really thoughtful. There have been other things too that I consider good customer service. They have an exceptional group of people not only the people that work on the floor but the wait staff and IT people. This is not just the day crew but eve crew too. They are always right there to help the newbies. Congratulations to the management staff for creating such a caring team of people. I will continue to play there because of the staff but also because you have a great chance of winning.

MR.RAYS CAFE HAS THE BEST FOOD! LOVE THE FRENCH TOAST HERE,  AND GREAT DEALS TOO! EVERYTHING IS REASONABLY PRICED, NICE SELECTION OF SLOTS MACHINES 
DIFFERENT GAMES 
PAY-OUT IS DECENT/OFTEN

good bingo Hall..
but customer service is lacking... in my opinion it's worth it to drive to Muckleshoot Casino, for Bingo... better Customer Service makes for a better night out enjoying games of B.I.N.G.O!
