For what it is...a chain restaurant...it is pretty good. They get a good crowd Friday nights and into the weekend.. many people come after work for drinks and to watch a game. Staff is pretty friendly here and service is reasonable. The food is fine. It ranges from bar fare with fried items and loaded with salt and fat, to reasonably healthy and decently prepared items. By the way, their turmeric roasted cauliflower is very good as a side dish. Steaks are good here as is at the lower end their burgers. Of course most customers try the pizzookies.. which are large baked cookies with ice cream on top.

Service is superb!!! The food was out of this world...I ordered their sirloin steak medium well not dry...and they got it PERFECT!!! Our waitress Nicole P was awesome always alert to our needs!!! Really made our experience unforgettable!!! Please go to the Woodland Hills location...totally recommend Thank you BJ's...I'm hooked!!!

Been going to this BJ'S for years. They have a pretty good variety on the menu. The beers are always good, including guest beers.  Sometimes the food or service have been a little off, but when that happens they are good about making it right. Understandable when you serve that many people. They are usually busy and there's a good reason for this. Good food and good beer - pretty consistent!

I came in to place an order for pickup, something that they should've been able to give me quickly. After being ignored by staff at the pickup counter while they were clearly not occupied (talking about things unrelated to work, and they noticed me) for 2 or 3 minutes, they finally took my order and said it should be 15 minutes. It has been 40 minutes at this point, and they seem to have no interest in actually giving me my food even though i already paid. I'm sitting here writing this with nothing else to do.

Do they have food? Yes they do. Will you like it? That depends if you have ever had good before. If you have never had good food before. This place is great. If you have just got out of prison boy will you be happy. Of course if you know what good food is supposed to taste like you will stay away from here. Save your money cook a hotdog instead.
