Great savings with the proper planning. Each location can stock different stuff or may rotate certain items, so if you are able to wait a week on a item, it may show up, it may not.

They're ALWAYS out of Mangoes frozen chunks. But everything else is worth the annual cost of membership even for family of 3 and a cat and dog. I just need to have them stock mangoes and should know by now I but two 4 lb. Bags at least once every 2 weeks

I’m giving it 3 starts only because I do like bjs, I like that you can use coupons and sometimes they are pretty good coupons. But the missing two stars on the rating has to go to customer service. The employees here are not friendly and are not customer service like. They always seem like they hate their job or something and i find it really annoying to constantly be asked upon entering for the membership card like I’m sure people by now really know that bjs is a membership only store or else they wouldn’t even bother to come in like it’s really annoying and people that work on the floor and you ask them for help, they make you feel like you bothered them and or we are dumb for not finding it ourselves. Sucks I still gotta come here cause it’s the only one by my home. I just really hope eventually I would feel more welcomed to come here because I drag coming here.

There is a RACIST employee who TAKES ADVANTAGE of people who are not proficient in english to make them sign up for a master/visa card they didn't want to. My mother went into bj's with a renewal promotion mail they sent us, and asked the employee that she wanted to renew her card showing that pamphlet. The employee gave my mom this information sheet for her to fill out, and my mom just filled in the information. However, the sheet was actually for the info sheet for master/visa card. Later on, she even asked my mom whether she wanted for her membership card of either $55 one or $100 one. This made my mom to believe the card she was signing up for was her membership card. She received the card, and asked the employee why is there no picture in the back of the card, which was referring to membership cards, because all bj's membership cards has a picture on the back. This makes me really frustrated because that question is telling the employee that the card she was going to make/believe she made was membership card. The employee said the card didn't have any picture, so my mom continued with her shopping. At the register, the cashier told her that the card she made was not membership card, and told my mom to go back at the place she made her card. When my mom went back, she simply said she cannot cancel the card, and gave a number to call, which was the card company. I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW FRUSTRATED I AM BECAUSE OF THE EMPLOYEE'S ACTION. IT IS EVIDENT THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THIS WAS TO RAISE HER EMPLOYEE OR SOMETHING. THIS WAS A VERY UNETHICAL PROCEDURE, AND WHOEVER THIS WAS, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. 
PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE, AND DO NOT SUPPORT PEOPLE WHO PRACTICE UNETHICAL BUSINESS PROCEDURES.

There weren't many people at this time. I always self check out cos its faster. Lots of coupons to use.
