This place damaged my tire sensors and then refused responsibility. Put incorrect stems on my car causing me to lose tire pressure while driving on I4 with my young son in the car. It's under very poor management and I am honestly shocked its even open still.

I bought 4 tires for my 2011 Nissan Maxima. What a nightmare, they damaged the sensors (stem valves). Next day I had a flat, and after they kept me coming for about 4 times finally 1 of the "techs" told me they did not have the proper equipment to fix my vehicle that I had to take it to a Nissan dealership because they had the proper software to do this and he told me they did that for free. So I took it to a Nissan dealership but of course I had to pay $ 428.00 to fix my car. I've been a member of BJ's for years but I had never use the tire center. Stay away from there. They should not have worked on my vehicle if they did have the right tools to do it.

Guys are nice but no one answers the phone. If your gonna get a patch for a tire, ask time it will take. Because it will take A long Time. They said the machine broke & are going to plan B I would of gone to Firestone or another place then to sit here & wait so long for a little patch. :(

The waiting room is clean. With a help yourself coffee machine. And a water fountain. For free. The service can be a bit slow because they are always short in staff. They always have a help wanted sign. The tires are a great price and you can't beat the brands Michelin, BFGoodrich and Uniroyal. You get a great deal with the use of in store coupons. And they will always extend the date a day or two to make it work for you.

They filled propane fast for me. The rest of the experience is whats expected from BJs
