This store uses physical tear off paper coupons. It takes a lot of time to seek what coupon you wanted in coupon book, that is no good and it is not so inconvenience! Products are selling cheaper than other clubs, but products quality is not equally, probably say that is lower than other stores. I tried 3-mo free membership to see in store's stuffs and to compare with others, I could not find a thing that I needed then I had to go to other clubs. Gas price at this club is cheaper than other places.

Staff is usually very helpful. Check out is hit or miss. Sometimes I can get in and out , other days it can take a while because of the long lines.
Overall selection is pretty good as well.

This store isn't as big as I had hoped but I still enjoy shopping here.  The staff is GREAT!  Always helpful, friendly, answer questions, etc

BUT not at all happy that they have coupons...I feel that my membership should get auto discounts.  It's time consuming and distracting to flip thru the booklet looking for items I'm  purchasing.

I shop at BJ's several times a month and get more in discounts than the cost od my membership in gas savings alone. You've got a customer for life.
