I wish I could give this place infinity stars. Me and my fiancé stayed hear during the summer and we're takin in by the owners like family. The park is in a beautiful location and the facilities are wonderful and clean. The sunsets in this area will break your heart. 

Richard and his family really go over and above to provide a nice place to stay. More than reasonable rates, quite , no druggies or any need to worry about people ripping you off. 

We had to move back to the San Francisco Bay Area for work reasons but plan on returning. This place is magical and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a upscale park with out the upscale price. Far enough away from town for country living but town just 15-20min away. Plus the fellowship of the people in the place is nice. It's a smaller park so everyone is really friendly and neighborly.

Black mountain RV is a great place to stay, and the owners are Amazing, they are so nice and just great people. The park has full hookups and a laundry mat that also has showers and bathrooms. Plus they have a candy and soda machine for you or your kids if you have any. It is right off of Historic Route 66, with a big sign, so you shouldn't miss it.

Im not to sure waterhauler is talking about the same place.  This is a very nice quiet park, they have full hook ups and just as Kaysville described, I come to the desert to be in the desert so this is my kind of place, If you want to be in a town you prob, should look elsewhere,  The owners are great and very helpful as are the other RVers,  A great place just min's from Oatman and Laughlin,  right on old route 66 15 miles from the Big stores
