Went there last night for my birthday dinner with some friends. We got our table way faster than expected. It went downhill from there. By the end of our visit we were at the restaurant for nearly 3 hours!!! We had to repeatedly ask about our food. We waited almost 2 hours for that. Most of our party ordered steak. I ordered a chicken sandwich. After the 2 hour wait I would have expected phenomenal food. My sandwich was missing the sauce and the chicken was about 3 times smaller than the bun, charred black and so dry I couldn’t even eat it. The sides that came with our meals weren’t brought out until we were nearly done eating. After complaining to the manager about the food and horrendous service they decided to remove the appetizers from our bills and did not charge me or my friend for our awful sandwiches- which they shouldn’t have. It didn’t change the fact that I still at that point had no dinner and it was going on 11:00. Another worker came to the table to help our waiter divide the bill up. After 5 minutes of going over that, our bills were still wrong. The first time we ate at this location we loved it! The food was amazing!!!! This time... it’s like someone else took over- it was one of the worst experiences I have had when dining out. This place needs to get it together. $46 for a steak and a couple beers is way too much when your meal isn’t even enjoyable!! And then... we had gratuity added into our bills. Not impressed with this place at all!!

This place has a pretty neat concept. You basically pick a meat (seafood, beef, etc.) and they bring you a selection of sauces, meat, and a 750 degree stone you use to cook your meat. The wait staff will train you to use the stone, and it is fun. My only real complaint about this system was that I ordered steak, and they don't bring you a plate or anything to cut it up on, you just have to use the tray they bring the stone and sauces on. Otherwise the cooking itself is fun. I would say that this is definitely not a good place to bring kids. I can imagine that they have seen a few burns here. Along with the core concept of the hot "black rock" they also have a large selection of food they prepare for you, should you not be in the mood to cook your own meal. This location could us an exhaust system like I've seen in a Korean BBQ restaurant, as once they had a few rambles cooking on their stones, the dinning room was fairly smokey. All-in-all, I would certainly consider visiting again as long as I was with friends that wanted to cook at the table.

Meat was awesome, service was poor at best. Our server was hanging out for a paycheck.... He obviously hadn't thought this through very well being a waiter. The wait time on our food was a joke, they don't even cook the meat so how long does it take to warm up a potato??? And our Rock was cold!!! Sip your drink sparingly, make it last. Oh and don't make the mistake of telling them it's your first time there because the waiter will say... "I like to cut mine all up at once" and go on slicing up your whole stake... It's all good though, because when you're done waiting for your bill he will give you a discount card; as long as you get on Facebook and leave a good review right there in front of him.

Unbelieveable, one of the best streaks I have ever had, the steak sauce is beyond compare and hands down the best place I have eaten in years. Tiffany our server was very attentive and knowledgeable in training us to cook our steaks to perfection! Great prices for such amazing food too, very impressed! Hats off to this place!

It's a cool ambience, food for the price is just mediocre, my husband got a rib eye steak that he cooked on the rock and the rib eye was a little tough. I got crab cakes, they were good. The lobster bisque was just alright. I'm giving them 3 stars just for the ambience and experience of cooking on the stone, nothing special to us, prices to high for the quality of food for us to go again.
