What a difference a good detail makes! I have two very active boys who love to play soccer so I had turf everywhere in the car. I mean everywhere. I had doubts about whether or not it would all come out but I trusted the team at Black Tie Detail to show me what they could do. When I opened the back door I thought I had the wrong car! It looked brand new and all of the smelly soccer odors were gone. I am a believer and a lifelong customer. I am telling all my friends to trust their vehicles to the best detail shop I've ever been to. Thanks guys!

Black Tie does an immaculate detail job, every time! They are quick, professional and not a drag to deal with like most others I’ve been to! Real people, everyday problems handled like real professionals. Good job guys, Sherwood appreciates you!

We had our vehicles detailed by Black Tie last week, amazing! We have 4 kids and they’ve made plenty of messes. Tilo was able to get us in the next day. The pick up and delivery was huge for us! Very trustworthy, friendly, consistent work, cars were the cleanest ever.  Tilo made everything so easy!! Give these guys a shot. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Black Tie!!!!!

UPDATE: WARNING............ If you want proof that my review is the truthful go to Yelp and look for the court docs uploaded. I have uploaded two photos here as well. I'm not sure if the images are showing properly on google though. 

This review has nothing to do with what Tilo's  response is trying to lead readers to believe. I have proof. I also have detailed text messages from Tilo documenting our agreement and him stating that Black Tie Detail / Tilo acknowledges he owes thousands of dollars to our business. 

Black Tie Detail added on unauthorized charges to a detail then tried to claim that he can't fix and or that he has no knowledge of the additional unauthorized charges. We had to go to our bank to take further steps. He is being sued by a former customer for thousands of dollars. We are in contact with another business that fell victim to Tilo's practices.

'''Warning''' black tie detail is currently being sued by a previous customer for thousands of dollars. 

Black tie charged unauthorized charges taking money out of our account over an extra $1,000 for what should have been a $150 detail charge. 

Tilo tried to claim that he had no knowledge of the extra money taken and did not refund the money. In fact, we had to take other measures! The bank said it would have been nearly impossible to accidentally charge an extra exact even $1,000 and if it had been a mistake the business would have been able to contact the credit card company immediately and get the charge resolved! Which Tilo did not do! 

Tilo has tried to filter reviews. Tilo has made the comment that his work speaks for itself. All I will say to that is; he can try to avoid the truth but this does not change the fact that he is being sued for his actions against us. 

We were informed by another business that Tilo purposely wrote a bad check off of a closed account appearing that there was no intent of paying. 

He then took $2,375 from another vendor agreeing to pay the balance in full one week later but did not do so. Even though Tilo wrote multiple times in text communications that he was aware that he owed the money. 

Tilo set several appointments to meet up and pay the debt then didn't show up. The circumstances have lead us to question that he may have intentionally took the money knowing that he would not pay. 

This review is not frivolous. I have proof with court documents and text directly from Tilo. I have posted photos of the court documents.
