ive ;lived here for 10 years and  it hase its up and downs but it has a lot of securety and its wonderfull every one is so nice.#1

I've been there less than a year and hate it because management failed to inform me the lot I bought the home excessively floods when it rains. Prior management really sucked, don't know how new management will treat people. I would not recommend buying here.

management is very unfriendly. They rather tell you to move out if you don't like it then to try and accommodate you.
