Worked there for about a month before I had to walk out. The managers are absolutely horrendous.. I tried so many times to correct errors and mistakes that I saw coming and they were arrogant and lazy. They dot care about their employees AT ALL let alone the customers. I took more complaints about our service than I did actual orders. And the best part? When I try to confront ANYBODY I get laughed at and completely disregarded. I green saw an employee walk out after being sexually harassed for a week straight.. AND THE OWNERS DID NOT CARE. They even had the nerve to increase prices and when they did there was a noticeable drop in business and tips. Bad place to eat. Bad place to work.

Absolutely abhorrent customer service. They delivered the wrong pizza to us, then when I called to have it corrected, they offered no compensation or rush on the new pizza or ANY kind of reasonable assistance. The manager was clearly undertrained and kept trying to end the conversation. Not cool.

We were quoted 45 min for delivery and at 1 1/2 hr I called and the manager (Steve) was incredibly rude and said it was on its way. I recommend quoting a more accurate delivery time and he said "yeah, get right on that..." After 2 hr and 20 min the order made it and Steve would not give a discount for being 1 1/2 hr longer!! It took over an hour after he said it had already left. Poor customer retention! I won't ever order from them again, who knows how long it will take!!

Called to order a pizza some ass hole answered the phone so rude i asked for the manger he said he was almost pissed me off so bad my brothers was going to go up there and beat some customer service into his ass
