Charles and his wife went above and beyond to help us with our needs. The did an outstanding job on the repairs and clean out of our septic. We had a bad rain and noticed our tank had filled up, we called Charles late one night he took our call and said he would be out the next morning. Charles showed up the next morning and pumped out our tank, little did I know, at the time, he was actually on his day off. That really put him and his family in a special place in our hearts. He took time on his day off to help another in need. Our hats go off to Charles and his wife for the caring and compassionate way they work and were there when needed, even on a day off. Thank you both again for a job well done.

The previous comment was not me, I personally know the owner of this company and he is a very reliable and responsible person. The person performing these childish attacks is the owner of a competitor. He needs to grow up and quit with this just because his previous employees are better at their jobs than he is. I would recommend Black Water Septic LLC and All American Septic as the only two septic companies to use.
