Spoke to Denice on 2/23/24.  My son who attends Coffeyville community college was having tooth pain,  I’am in an entire different state not familiar with the dental offices out there.  Denice let me know they accept my insurance and I emailed her the records from my son’s previous dentist.  When I spoke to her after submitting all of the requests she required.  She then told me.  They don’t have appointments until August.   Completely defeats the purpose of getting in him.  August he will be back home and we can visit his usual dentist.  Going forward Denice if you don’t have availability please let future patients know up front.  Let’s not waste each others  time.  I could have taken that time to contact a different dentist.  When  I said this to you.  You hung up on me.  I wasn’t rude to you at all.  Take accountability and do better.

New to area so needed to establish a new dentist. Dr Blaich and all his staff are wonderful. So happy I found them.
