I came in the Chippewa Falls location this morning in dire need of an oil change. They were extremely busy and didn't have any openings until late afternoon. I explained to Brandon at the counter my situation and he personally went around to ask the technicians if they had time to help me. They completed the oil changed in the time before he told me they could get to it. I'm extremely grateful for this as my vehicle could have experienced irreparable damage to which would have been nearly impossible to amend at this time. You can never know a stranger's struggle. Thank you for helping to ease my burden today.

Most everything you need is at this store,including motorcycle gear,and at generally pretty good prices. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I'm mot sure why.but I've always liked the smell of this store.

I went to buy some fishing baits and they are getting low but it is the end of the season. They have good products for good prices. And I love to get the bags of cashews.

Brought a trailer tire in that had under 200 miles on it. Jeremy says road hazzard, I argue the point. He says let me have a look, takes tire and walks to the back, waits 5 seconds, walks back up to the desk and repeats what he said the first time. ( I can see him go through the door)Fine no replacement, whatever, but don't play your stupid little games with me. Buying trailer tires online next time for 2/3 the price and delivery to my door for free. STAY AWAY FROM THE TIRE DESK/SHOP

I went in knowing the three items I wanted to buy. But I did not know their locations. I received pleasant help from a couple different employees. Also, the courtesy counter gal checked me out, and she was very friendly. I as in and out of the store within 10 minutes. I was very grateful for the efficiency provided to me as a customer.
