Outpatient surgery then spent one night in hospital.  All doctors, nurses, and staff were very friendly, caring, helpful, and willing to answer questions.  The only problem I encountered was request for payment on day of procedure and was told during pre-op a couple days before not to bring anything but intake card to procedure.  I wish payment would have been collected during pre-op or told to bring someone day of procedure to hold onto credit card while having procedure.

A great hospital that my father and I (unfortunately) have gone to on different occasions. Both of our experiences were great, everyone that works there is especially caring and considerate. The building itself is clean and professional, no issues I can see of. Of course with a hospital it's rare for them to have high ratings, but it honestly is one of the best hospitals I've ever been to. Highly recommended (if you have to go)

I have spent a lot of time in hospitals over the last couple of years, I'm very familiar on what a normal stay should look like. I can say from me walking into the ER to a hospital I have never been to and not being greeting or even acknowledged to the nurse be snooty to me because I didn't know what room my granddad was in. The nurse we have come in contact with so far, couldn't care any less about having a good bed side manner. You push a call button they answer and thirty minutes to an hour they may show up, that's if they remember.

Don in the outpatient PT Dept is wonderful.  Very knowledgeable and really pushes you to heal.  I've had therapy on and off for two years now, after a horrific car wreck and numerous surgeries.  I had moved a little farther from Blake, so I did therapy at two other places, and eventually just stopped them and went back to Blake.  Yes, Don is that good and works me the whole time I am there.  Other places use 20 minutes of your 45 minute session to do heat before and ice after.  Guess what?  I can ice it at home!!!  Don does NOT include that business as part of your therapy!  He is "hands on" with you the entire time.  If he isn't working you, he is educating you.  Cannot speak highly enough of Blake OP therapy!! 
And Bernadette who schedules is great as well!

I was admitted to the hospital from 8/16 to 8/20 and was treated with excellence. Thank you to all the staff of nurses who took care of me so well. I thank the housekeping team, emergency room staff and the entire surgical center team. Thank you and God bless each of you who directly and indirectly took care of me so well.
