Customer service is TERRIBLE! I simply called to get pricing and whomever answers the phone at the 759 number needs some serious people skills. He was rude and sarcastic and hung up on me. I'll gladly pay more not to deal with this place!

I am searching locally for the best price for storage. I'm a full-time student, employee, wife, and mother. Was considering doing business here until the man told me "better start searching, there's 854 of them nationwide." I was wondering what I said to get such a rude reply. I asked "what?" and his response was to mock me with a sarcastic "what?" in return. I felt disrespected and hung up. I'm willing to pay more to do business with people who know the principles of customer service and that treat others with respect.

I just hung up with whoever runs the office (called about the raccoon rd youngstown location) and he was incredibly rude. we are unsure of our timeline for needing a unit and while this price was better i will not do business here. he not only mocked my uncertainty but interrupted me while i was trying to explain what we were using the unit for to decide what size we needed. (which he asked) i would rather pay $90 elsewhere for the same thing simply based on his actions.
