Not happy about the circumstances which caused me to seek the assistance of Blanton's heating & air but extremely pleased with the service the company provided. The promptness of the installation team (Jeremy and Ernest), their attention to detail, their communication and detailed efforts caused me to accept the fact that my air condition system had exceeded its usefulness. I'm very happy with the system installed by Jeremy and Ernest and very thankful of the team effort and professionalism displayed by both of them. Good customer service and expect the same service in the future.

This company was outstanding in all aspects of doing business. The office customer service personnel were professional and well informed. They were courteous, polite, and had great personal skills (happy about their job and responsibilities. The service personnel, Charles and Jamie were just outstanding. Pleasant, courteous, and extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products and services. I highly recommend this company. They were responsive and up front about all aspects of the work to be completed. Well worth the call to this company for your plumbing, A/C, and electrical needs.

My upstairs unit went out well after 5:00pm on a weekday. I called Blanton's Heating & Air and spoke with Amanda. She had asked if I wanted the technician to come out that evening but due to having small children that needed to be put to bed, she worked with me to have the technician come out first thing the next morning. Amanda was able to schedule my A/C needs around the needs of my family schedule which was awesome! The field technician that came out the next morning, David B. was also great to deal with. Within a few moments he had me up and running and educated me on the unit. I could not be more pleased with the service that I had! Great job Blanton's!

Very polite and professional. The technician showed me pictures of the problems I had with my circuit box. It was carefully explained to me in regards to my thermostat for my A/C and heating system as well. Both employees were thorough and detailed in explaining the approach for repairing or replacing any and all necessary parts and components. All in all, my experience was very positive.

On the morning of August 31 we realized that the air conditioning for our master bedroom area was not cooling even though the outside unit was running. We did as we have done on other occasions: call Blanton's. We were given a time window when the service technician would arrive. Not only did David arrive at the start of the time window he called to let us know he was on the way. After some diagnostic time he explained the failure as a fan motor and showed us how he had confirmed that diagnosis. Fortunately a replacement unit was available at the local office. It was promptly delivered and David had it installed in short order. We had air conditioning before bedtime! David was a true professional. He worked diligently and his diagnosis was on the money. I would recommend Blanton's to anyone with a heating or air conditioning problem.
