Both women I spoke with over the phone were very friendly. They let me know the price right away and were able to send out a technician within 1 hour of my call! Dave was our technician. He was extremely friendly and  went above and beyond to make sure I understood what he was doing and what was happening. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and would definitely call again for future needs!

Women dispatcher was very friendly and informative on rates and possible time table. 
Man that came to House was on time , fixed the problem, was very friendly. And estimated cost from dispatch was right on , no hidden costs or tricks. Very good company, very nice employees. I hope I don’t have this issue next spring but if I do I won’t hesitate to call These guys. I’m Very happy!

We have used this service twice, and both times we have been very pleased with the quick service, professionalism, friendliness, and reasonable rates of the technicians. One of the times was for flooding in our basement on Christmas Eve, and they were able to come within a couple of hours and charged less than half of what another company wanted to charge. We highly recommend Blau Plumbing.

While I set up the initial contact via the website and didn't hear anything (got it in well before 8pm), they did get back to me first thing in the morning and had somebody out quite early.  Work was done by 10, double and triple checked, and all seems good.  I've been looking for a plumber to start a working relationship with (old house with many issues), and it looks like I've found that in Blau.
