NEEDS a Tip Jar!!!

I love going to Blaze Pizza. It's one of my favorite. Great food, great service and they do an amazing job. Only there isn't a tip jar so that the workers can receive tips. I've been in Blaze when it's crazy busy and the line is out the door but they still do a fantastic job. If we the patrons decide to give them our change or a few dollars for their service what's wrong with that? I always see the workers busting their butt and coming from someone who worked in the food industry for years I believe the workers at Blaze deserve to get tips. Love the pizza and can't wait to go back again!

If you really really want to have a Pizza in Knoxville, this is among the top places to go to. The dough is the freshest, veggies fresh, the sauces tasty and enough meats to load it all up. Something here for everyone. Don't be afraid to try the garlic pesto and white cream sauce options. 

You really can't go wrong at this place. Pay a visit and have a good time.

Always love coming to this place. The pizza is phenomenal, and the concept of a “Subway/Chipotle” style pizza joint is perfect. Yes prices are going to be higher than other pizza chains and the portion will be smaller, but the pizza simple can’t be compared to the others.

Pizza's great, staff is fast and friendly. Only lacks a fifth star because the music is so loud it makes it hard to hear people at your table. I asked to have it turned down and was told they are "required" to keep it at that volume. Otherwise very nice place for casual affordable eats!

We're new to the area and were unhappy with the lack of good pizza restaurants that we could find.  We discovered Blaze and have been hooked ever since.  You pick the toppings you want and they somehow make a delicious pizza in about 5 minutes.  I don't know how they can make such a good pie in that short of time but whatever they do works for me and my family.
