Really loved this location! If the weather is nice, def recommend sitting on their rooftop and enjoy the views of the NYC skyline + the old Domino sugar factory an NYC landmark!! The food is delicious! I tried their brunch and really enjoyed the Arepa Sliders, the Carne Asada, the French Toast, the Lomo w/ Chicken & the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Cocktails are good too! Def recommend!

Blend in Williamsburg is a gem. The fish was fresh and perfectly cooked, the drinks were on point, and the appetizers were simply excellent. It's definitely a cute spot for a date, with a cozy atmosphere and great views. Even better, their happy hour deals make it an ideal place to unwind after work. Highly recommend!Food: 4/5

I had my graduation dinner here and I wouldn’t have had it anywhere else, excellent service, excellent food what else could you ask for? Our server Alex was the best as well, he made sure we were enjoying our time and that everything was correct. Definitely look forward to coming back!Food: 5/5

The service here was terrible on a slow Sunday evening as a party of 2. The busser missed my cup and split water all over the table not once but twice. The second time he didn’t even come back to wipe the table and just walked away. My appetizers were dry and my entrees came out 7 minutes after my apps which was annoying. The food was mediocre and nothing impressive. The server forgot my drink and the one time she came to check on us, she asked how everything was. I said it’s okay, she didn’t seem to care and just walked away. The server never came back to our table after that- we couldn’t order drinks or dessert and couldn’t ask her for the check since she never came back. We asked a busser for the check. The check has automatic 20% gratuity added which is ridiculous. The service we received was not only terrible,but was non existing. To be forced to pay 20% auto grat is horrible restaurant policy where no one is to blame but management. Servers don’t need to actually provide good service here since gratuity is automatic.

Blend is a beautiful space located across from Domino Park in Williamsburg. The staff are friendly and attentive. If you’re simply craving Latin-inspired delights or want to have a night out with beverages, you’ll love this spot. I tried their Lomo Blend, Peruvian Chicken, and Bandeja Blend. Super delish and hit the spot!

The vibes were party like. Great for a night out and kick start the night out with the girls. However the food was not good. I got the mussels and they were very small and too salty. I told the servers and they got me a shot to make up for it. I still wouldn't recommend the food tho. My friend got the pork ceviche and she thought the portion was very small and not enough plantain chips. Her drink was very sour passion fruit margarita. My classic margarita was very bitter for some reason.

BIRTHDAY BRUNCH APPROVAL  The staff for sure was attentive didn’t rush us and accommodated our late comers although they should’ve had the table ready for the group size , the brunch was more than enough served family style. My friends organized this event for my birthday and it was perfect. We had the premium option, which is served family style, with appetizers guacamole, ceviche and arepas and everything you need for brunch, steak, garlic shrimp, pollo asada and French toast, with classic Colombian sides yellow rice, beans, plantains, tostones, avocado salad plus dessert platter not my favorite but they did bring it out in style appropriate for brunch. We added bottomless mimosas for two hours. The ambiance was beautiful, it was a little warm in there full transparency it was the first warm 77 degree day of 2024 they kept opening and closing the roof section. Music could’ve been a little more lively but once I asked the DJ to spice it up the ambiance improved!! I will definitely be back to try other plates here.  THANK YOU BLEND OF WILLIAMSBURG!!  Vegetarian options: Avocado salad.

Blend Williamsburg has been an amazing success. All staff are amazing and very helpful especially Yeraldin our waiter. Yeraldin is very friendly and has amazing customer.The food, and the drinks tasted very good. Will come back soon. The churrasco and the pollo a la plancha was delicious. The atmosphere and music is a great vibe and very beautiful.

This place it’s so expensive have to reserve a head of time with a credit or debit card but not worth it . The food it’s not presentable at all dishes are dirty  water cup had lipstick on it as I arrive also water they serve had particles floating on . The ceviche chicharon wasn’t good at all for 18$ also presentation was bad they put the nipple on the pig on top never have I gotten chicharon and gotten the nipple .   tbh RICO POLLO it’s way cleaner then this smh for a “luxury restaurant “ & I Did spoke the waitress all she did say she was going to let the chef know still charge me for a 20$ plus

Stopped in for brunch on a holiday Wednesday, place was empty with pretty decor and upbeat spanish music. All about the passionfruit smash! My husband loved the french toast and I enjoyed the huervos rancheros it was just on the salty side. We would come back when in the area again. I can see this place being a party spot for brunch on the weekends.
