I was going through a divorce and custody battle and retained Mr. Blessinger with $2,000 that I paid him. After meeting with him and giving him the cash in full, I called him for weeks and he never returned my call. When after about 3 weeks he answered, he didn't know who I was. I started to get worried. He said he would review my case and after another week or two still heard nothing back. It was almost time for me to go to court and I emailed Mr. Blessinger and stated I wanted my money back and would seek another attorney. He said he did not have my money. I got a detective involved and Mr. Blessinger had to pay me my money back and I had to meet him at 2 different places 2 different times because he didn't have my money in full. Once I got it all back from him, he gave me my paperwork back of documents and pictures I had given him Only to open the folder and find that NONE of it was my stuff. It was another persons information. He had to go back to his office to find my stuff. It was a mess. Very very unprofessional, and a scam.
