I am a funeral director in Ballston Lake, NY and I just recently worked with Bliley's to help a family to rest their dear mother.  Throughout the years I have customized arrangements with several out of town funeral homes but I have to say that the staff a Bliley's were tops!  Breezy was very professional and easy to work with.  She paid attention to the details and kept me informed about the progress on her end of the arrangements where the final disposition took place.  Any time I called I felt like the entire staff was aware of the special circumstances surrounding the remains that I was responsible to prepare, hold services for and fly to them.  I would place my trust in Bliley's again and again.

Staff was exceptional, empathetic and compassionate.  On a Saturday morning, the staff spent four hours with our family through a very difficult planning session.  They are both professional and knowledgeable.  I can not say enough about the respectful treatment they gave to our family.
