I was coming back from my kid’s baseball tournament over the weekend and were wanting sub sandwiches from the Blimpies on Cooper & Elliot by my work.   We were trying to get there before they closed but wasn’t sure we were going to make it.  I called them and told them the situation.  They offered to stay open until we got there!  Not only did they stay open but they graciously let us finish our meal as well!  The food is always fresh and they place is always kept neat and clean.  They know all of us by name and great us by our names!  I highly recommend this Blimpie location!  Their food is awesome and their service is amazing!! Thanks guys!

Love the sandwiches and great customer service,  Sandwiches have a lot of meat and condiments and they will prepare it anyway you would like (hot or cold.)  I make a point of trying to eat there at least once a week for lunch and I drive 25 minutes out of my way to do so.  I just wish they were open later in the evening so I could get my Blimpie 'fix' late into the evening!  If you want a great sandwich from smiling people make sure you visit the Blimpies in Gilbert.

Awesome service.  If you are going for the eeggees, try the bread.  It's worth the carbs and next to two fitness places if you will feel guilty for having tastebuds.

My favorite Blimpies!! Staff is always super friendly and quick!! They never skimp on the veggies and the bread is always fresh!!
