Slum Lord piece of crap. Ed Blinn and his pig daughter Katie are scrum of the Earth. 

DO NOT RENT FROM BLINN

Bed bugs.
Bad plumbing. 
Holes in the floor.
Heat doesn't work.
Cockroaches. 

And more fun. Worst landlord in the county.
