We ordered a wedding cake and groom cake in February 2017 WITH FULL DETAILS the employee that took our order LIED as to the price of the cakes the employee is no longer there.Haley called me April 13( wedding april 14) ABOUT GROOM'S CAKE. I NEVER HAD A CONVERSATION WITH ANYONE ABOUT WEDDING CAKE AFTER FEBRUARY 2017. THE employees LIED ON ME stating I authorized the cake they brought to the venue. I could have gone  outside in my yard, made a mud cake and dressed it with grass and it would have looked better than the cake that was brought to my son and his bride Big Day. BLISS YOU SHOULD TRAIN YOUR EMOYEEZ BETTER AND STOP LYING G ON YOUR CUSTOMERS TO MAKE YOURSELVES LOOK GOOD..OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKE

***Update: After reviews, I was contacted by the owner and issued a refund. She was apologetic and helpful. While I still maintain dissatisfaction with initial service and product, the owner took steps to mitigate dissatisfaction, and I believe that makes a difference, so I have updated the rating and review accordingly.

Unacceptable. After paying upfront for what should have been $90 worth of professional (looking and tasting) cookies, macaroons, and cake pops, I unfortunately received sloppily, hastily thrown together, over-priced, late products. It began the morning I was promised the order would be ready with several phone calls stating my order was delayed. I was told reasons ranging from "someone called out sick" to "our A/C was out earlier this week." I was also told, on the third call about yet another delay that I "wasn't the only customer affected, so..." I ended up having to pick up the order on my way to the party, leaving me no choice but to accept the mess I was given. Everything was covered with gritty sugar crystals, with a few cookies having poorly cut-out sugar sheets placed on top of the gritty sugar. Cake pops were disproportionate and falling apart (also covered only in grit), and the macaroons were unappetizing and tasteless. The icing detail I expected at such a price point was nonexistent. All attempts to contact the owner to address my dissatisfaction privately have been ignored.

Hours are so unpredictable .... I never can catch her and make an often very long drive to her . I mean I'm done trying to catch her when shes open ... son of a bliss patisserie !!!
