Gennifer is one of the BEST stylists I have ever had and that says A LOT for me. I am super picky. Love her and her quality of work. She enjoys her job! -And it shows!

I have been going to this salon for years now. Laura Lane is the most amazing hair colorist and stylist ever! She does all my hair cuts, trims and also Keratin treatments. I know several people who have and continue to go to her for color and once you go to Laura you will never go to anyone else. I have seen women completely transformed with her colorist skills.

One of the worst haircuts I have ever had. Sherry, from what I understand is the owner, she was very inconsiderate of my request. I ask for a trim because I was letting my hair grow out. She immanently just started whacking away, with no consideration at all of what I had ask for. My hair being thick and somewhat course, I told her that my hair doesn't do well to point cut in so deep, she just kept cutting away. She simple said this is the way I cut hair. She cut one side much shorter than the other. And when I pointed this out it was like "OH WELL". Her no care attitude leads me to wonder how she has any regular clients. Very dissatisfied!!

I have been going to Bliss for years now and I LOVE it! The waiting area is very comfortable with leather couches and many up to date magazines to read. Everyone is always very friendly and they always have good music playing but it's not loud, which is good! I'm sad that a previous review thought it was a "snotty" environment! I am heavily tattooed and I never get any turned up noses or feel any attitude of snobbiness! My stylist is Denise and I have been with her for over 10yrs and she does an excellent job everytime I go. They even have someone that does extensions that I referred to one of my MD collegues to. I highly recommend this place. One thing I think they can improve on is reminder calls. I sometimes get a call and sometimes I don't and those really help me to be able to keep my appointments.
