I am a loyalist to this Bliss location. I get everything from mani pedi, facials, body treatments and massage. For facials I always see Maggie. She will have your face celebrity red carpet ready for any occasion. 

I recently started getting my massages from John and hands down he is the best. He is really intune with what you need and I always leave feeling brand new. I highly recommend him.

Unannounced Maintenance Man in Women's Locker Room

Do I need to say more? Here's the full story - I came into Bliss last Saturday morning for a relaxing, 60 minute facial.  I had a wonderful experience, Georgia was excellent.  After my facial was over, I was led back to the women's locker room to change.  While I was changing ( topless mind you) there was loud banging coming from the shower area.  One of the staff members came in and apologized to me without much explanation, and I assumed she was apologizing for the noise - definitely not relaxing, but whatever.  I go to the counter to pay and purchase some products that Georgia had recommend.  As I am walking out I overhear another woman who had been in the locker room at the same time as me "And it is totally unacceptable that a man was in the locker room fixing the shower without telling anyone".  I walk out to gather my thoughts and come back to return the products I bought and to express my growing frustration.  I felt so completely violated, there had been a maintenance man in the locker room while I changed and I was not once notified.  A sign had not been placed on the door, no attempt at preventing this situation had been made.  When speaking to the front desk girls, they simply discounted it with 'well the work has to be done, we're sorry'.  I don't know what kind of service business, especially at that price, thinks it is acceptable to not notify their clients about a man in the women's locker room.  I have since tried to contact the general manager and left a message with no return call.  I feel beyond violated and completely disappointed with lack of attention to trying to resolve this situation.  Beware, they don't care about you or your privacy.

Very disappointed went to book two Bliss 75 massages the online price was $160 each but online would not allow me to book two at the same time.  When I called in to make the appointment I was then told they were $170 each and the spa would not honor the online pricing.

Unethical behavior from a corporation and false advertising of pricing.

I was told the website has not been updated however they have a large push to use it through the whole process.

Was charged $175 and never serviced. Had an appt, tried to reschedule service because i was unable to make it on time but i was denied by the manager. The reason was because it was less than 24 hours per policy and a one time waiver was requested once before. SO never have an emergency because they will get paid no matter what. I will never book there again.
