This was a really great mall in downtown Chicago. It seemed to have all the major shops you would want in a shopping center including a movie theater as well. Coming from out of town where malls are bigger, I wasn't prepared for the stores being so small. For example the Disney Store is the smallest one I have ever seen.

Block 37 offers a unique mix of shops and dining establishments. Many if the restaurants are not found elsewhere in the loop and offer reasonable fare. The stores and shops fill a wide range of needs but are not overwhelming in presence. The top floor is covered by an AMC movie theater and a First Ascent bouldering and rock climbing gym. One thing to appreciate about Block 37 is access to the subway train system in the lower floors. Both Red and Blue lines are available and have elevator access. This could be an added benefit for accessibility over the stairs around this train stop.

Absolutely LOVE to shop here! Zara and Akira I could live in these stores ,always find something  cute to buy and add to my wardrobe!  Unique pieces that I can add and mix and match and create something fun and stunning!  The prices are great too and! Some of the sale prices are unbelievable....watch them they can really make you Over buy..just buy stuff cause it's cute and very reasonably priced! Looking for a great pick me up take some time and your credit cards enjoy a Starbucks and shop til you drop!

Love the music here. Peppy and pleasant at the right volume. Right when you enter, you're given a card that works as THE only payment system inside this most aesthetically designed food hall. It has a lot of good Mexican food outlets with some American and wok place thrown in. 

Please be aware that the restaurants don't share common operating hours. Check it out first.

I ordered the vegan wok. It was cooked right before my eyes with a good mix of veggies. 
It was good but not great. 

I liked the idea of water and cutlery placed in hand carts around.

Loved Block 37. From the Disney Store and Magnolia's Bakery to Latinicity, you can always find something you like. Stores are higher end, but so much fun to walk through. There are multiple levels to explore, one which includes one of the best-known grilled cheese restaurants in Illinois. Also, Latinicity offers great vegetarian and vegan options because of it's multiple stations where you can customize your food. Highly recommend stopping here, especially if it's a rainy or Windy city days because you can walk around inside to get to every place!
