I was at their office in greenwich ct and I was just surprised how this particular agent took care of my taxes. From the moment I called that office and he was very helpful and flexible about my schedule. And when finally met him in person he was very professional and great customer service oriented. After I showed him my case he gave all clear explanation how to get it correctly and a plan that works for me. I do recommend absolutely to go to this location!

I don't know where to begin. I'll keep this short. I talked with a rep named Gary for a consultation on doing my taxes for myself and a small business I run. From the second I stepped into his office, he made me feel like I had committed a crime. I came to H&R Block for assistance in doing taxes, because I don't know how. That's the point. I need help but every step along the way he made me feel awful instead of searching for ways to help me pay less taxes. Practically personally attacking me for seeking assistance. Right before I walked out on the meeting, he told me it would cost $500 to do my taxes and that I could owe upwards up $14k without asking me anything about how my business is run or expenses that may have happened in the past. Well as it turns out, I called a private accountant and I'm actually getting money back, not paying $14,000. Even with an apology I won't ever step foot in an H&R Block and I won't ever recommend them to anyone.

Do not waste your time in going here! Save your time, and money. For a big business like H&R block you would think they are high quality. They are definetly not! Very disorganized place,They are not reliable and do not try to help or accommodate you in anyway. They wanted to charge me $20 to pick up my taxes when I never even recieved the completed first one. Gary is very rude! I do not know how they have a person with such poor customer service work there! I am very disappointed, and will not be going back to H&R Block nor recommend for anyone. By the way this is my first review ever! I hardly ever complain! but this place sucks!
