We have been in service since 1994. We offer experienced, well trained technicians with the most up to-date training on the latest technologies. Our facilities are certified with state of the Art Hunter Alignment Equipment and Hunter Road Force Balancer.

Decide for yourself. Called Block Diesel Repair at 11:01AM local time to tell them that I have a truck 2.3 miles away from them that has an air leak. The gentleman on the phone explained it was $115 call out and $115 per hour with no mile charge. I asked them how fast someone can come out to fix the issue he told me 1 hour but he will try to push for less. I told driver to text me as soon as road service got there so that I could arrange the next load for pick up. At 12:05 the driver text one of our dispatchers that the amount is $570. $190 for the part $115 call out fee and the rest was labor. Do the math. I called them at 11:01 by the time anyone got out there was about 11:15-11:20 the total amount and pay was done at 12:12 since that is when I got the receipt. They charged me $230 for not even one hour of labor and kept telling me guy was there for 2 hours. How is that possible if I called at 11:01 even if he flew there and got there at 11:05 he would have to have been there until 1:05PM. I called to speak with the Manager of the shop he started making up some stuff about clean up of 30 min before and after tech comes back to the shop, if that was the case I should have been made aware that its a $115 call out $115 per hour and $115 for guys clean up time. thats a $230 call out and $115 per hour. Anyways an airline ended up costing me $570 that was 2.3 miles away from the shop. If you guys spend $570 on airlines with labor than every carrier would be out of business by now.

Company truck broke down on a Saturday, driver called Block Diesel Repair because they were the only one open at the time. Block said the problem was with the "air dryer" so driver had to wait until Monday to get a new dryer. Turns out, the dryer was not the problem, so after all was said and done, (service call $132.00, labor to find out it's the "air dryer" $264.00, part $410.00, and labor to install part that didn't fix the problem $687.50, shop supplies $44.81 & tax) our bill to fix NOTHING was $1622.92! Had the truck towed to dealer. Called to see if Block would at least give us a break on the labor (8.25 hours), NOPE. What a great deal. Gotta love that.

I'd give this place a -5 stars I went here for an oil change in the afternoon and the head mechanic was a Douche bag just worst customer service will not ever go back here

Highway Robbery They charged me over $1400 to replace couple fittings on the quick release valve , they demaged my relay valve under fifth wheel as well and I had to pay for their mistake as well

Got out to me pretty fast did a okay job get my tie rod tube straight took it off rode with him back to his shop 3 miles from where I broke down. 132.00 for call out and a 2hr minimum at $132.00 guy pulled up to me at 9:50 handed me my bill at 11:10 for 2.5 hours. To me that's a hour and 20 mins not even the 2 hour min we agreed on phone. Then was a total ASS when I refused to pay the extra half hour. I still didn't pay it and won't EVER call them again for ANYTHING
