Miranda saved me.   My hair was mismanaged by two other salons I won't mention here.  She heard and understood exactly the look I wanted and made my hair beautiful again.  Her color techniques and hair cut brightened up my day.  She knows what she's doing. She's down to earth, friendly and professional.  She even gave me a waxing too.  I would highly recommend her. Miranda was amazing. Helped me figure out what I wanted from what I described. Her creativity and personality are both worth coming back. I live 45 mins away and plan on coming to her from now on for my hair. So happy

I have never even posted a review on any site, but just wanted to be honest. I normally go to Melange hair academy, but it was closed and bloom had great reviews so I made an apointment. The hairdresser was really nice and I showed her a picture of what I wanted, halfway through I noticed it was way shorter then the picture, and the top part of the aline haircut is sticking really far out. I am not very happy with my haircut. I would show everyone a picture of what i wanted and what was done but I dont know how. There is no way to fix it now, so will have to wait till ot grows out. Also 15 minutes early another of her customers came in and It felt rushed. I have had someone at other places spend 3 hours on my hair and still be patient.  Just alittle sad.

Lindsey McCabe did my hair. We were in a bridal party. She took me 35 mins LATE! I wanted a half up do with a little curl sides of hair pinned. Instead of starting at the bottom of my hair she uses a  brush started at the crown of my head and tore into my hair. Then put a cream styling agent in and continues to "comb out" AKA tear out clumps. Then had the audacity to say my hair is tangled... (she BARELY put conditioner in my hair). After mentioning that she was hurting me; barely eases up. Long excruciating story short. She ran over with me into 2 appointments. My hair looked like I tried to do it myself. I HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER STYLIST FIX IT!
I tried to get my money back but my bank said it was a lost cause.
