Disappointed this time. Got upcharged for extra bacon and they gave me less bacon then ever. 2 half pieces. 1 piece of bacon after paying an extra dollar for extra. As well ordered homefries asked for extra crispy. I got a whole plate of raw onions and peppers and what tastes like raw potatoes. Threw the whole order out and went to the bagel shop around the corner from me. Used to not mind going the extra 10 minutes down the street for this place but the last 2 times have been very disappointing.
Sandwich taste like it came right out of the fridge. Bagel was hard the cheese wasn't melted at all and to top it off Taylor ham was not cooked enough. If your gonna charge someone 6 dollars for a Sandwich make sure it enjoyable.
Absolute worst quality food and customer service. The last 4 times I’ve ordered from here, they forget items or send the wrong order. Last time I ordered 5 breakfast platters, each with double meat, and 5 bottled drinks. They did not include the double meat, and forgot to pack my drinks which seems to be a tradition for this place. I called and got a man on the phone who identified himself as the owner. I told him how dissatisfied I was, and how his staff always seems to forgot something from my order. He offered to make the double meat for me to come pick up, along with the 5 drinks. Why should I be inconvenienced? I told him I won’t be traveling to the store for that, next time I order just include my stuff in the new order. Well I ordered this week through DoorDash and I called the store to remind them to include my 5 drinks. The woman who answered the phone doesn’t understand English and keeps asking me what I want in the platter. I explain I’m not asking for a platter, I’m asking for the 5 drinks you owe me from last order. She gave the phone to a young lady who stated they aren’t going to include any drinks in my order because she don’t know what I’m talking about. Completely treated me like I was lying to get free drinks. She asked for my name and number to give to the owner Leo, who is yet to contact me. What a horrible way to run business, little by little robbing people; Incompetent AND rude?! No thanks, I will never give business to them again.
They are good but they need to be more careful with getting their orders right. I ordered a plain bagel toasted with scallion cream cheese and got a dang on buttered bagel. Paid for the scallion cream cheese but got butter! It is the second time this happens. It's kind of annoying and it feels silly to go back to get my correct order cuz its only a few cents off and driving there will cost more. I just hate being excited about my breakfast and getting the WRONG thing. Get it together guys......this is starting to get borderline ridiculous!!
Wish they had vegan options but everything other people ordered when I stopped in seemed like it was good enough. I stopped in to get breakfast for a group. Some bagel places have it together enough to have vegan cream cheese and some don’t. It’s no biggie if they don’t have it. They have avocado toast on the menu so I figured I’d get a bagel with avocado if they didn’t. Except they also don’t have avocado haha. I found a vegan spot a mile away and went there and got it for all 4 of us. Idk what else they don’t have that’s listed on their menu so maybe if you want something specific call first and make sure it’s there. Staff was friendly.
Very decent breakfast bagel place right around the corner- I come here often and always order 2 eggs well done w/ taylor ham on a roll spk, no cheese- I’d give them 5 stars if they can remember no cheese- orders just need to be right, otherwise great place!
Great place. Friendly and fast service, and the bagels are excellent. Everything bagel isn’t too salty which is just perfect.
Delicious bagels and the coffee was exquisite. First time in town and I just love it,my daughter and I are happy with the service and food.
I gave them 5 stars because their bagels are truly really good. But everything else is truly over priced.
