If it hadn't been for Brandon Moore, my experience at Bloomingdale's would not have been as lovely. Brandon was the first staff member to offer a hand and provided exceptional customer service. He even went out of his way to select a gift box for my purchase! Karen was also friendly downstairs in the Men's Department when I was browsing for my husband. The window displays are insanely creative and the layout of the collections are immaculately well-kept. They definitely are experts at setting the scene for a high-end department store experience. I did notice dirty carpeting in the dressing room, which seems like an easy fix. There is an excellent end-of-season sale right now with discounts from 25-40% off, however, it was challenging to look through the garments because they were so tightly packed together. Lots of great finds, if you have a little extra patience. Pro Tips: - They don't sell bridal lingerie (Flora Nikrooz) at this location, but their associate did offer some great alternatives - Ask for Brandon on the 2nd floor for assistance with women's wear - Sign up for their loyalty program, it's easy and free

I went to buy a dress for my daughter's wedding. Found a beautiful dress and was very happy. Six days later, the dress went on sale. I called the stores coustomer service department and the manager Cody made the corrections. He gave me his private cell number and I sent a few pictures of my receipt to him. Within 15 minutes my account was credited about $60. He was very polite and went way above being helpful. I really do hope Bloomingdales realize that it's people like Cody, that will keep me going back to their store.

The store itself is fine. The staff is another story. Good luck getting any help. I've had better service at JCPenney's.

The Low stars is Not necessarily reflective on the Bloomingales location, (because I love the selection and some of the Customer Service reps), but more towards my experience w. a particular rep in Mens Clothing by the name of "Vicente". Very hostile in his approach, condescending Sales pitches that insinuated he knew everything and the customer (myself) better had knew that his word was Law. I asked "Vicente" to double check a price for me during their 40% OFF Sale and he refused to check the price after Me asking him to do so 4 times. Once he confirmed he was right about the price, he handed me back the shirt in aggressive manner and said "theshirt is $XX.99 like I already told you so". Management needs to check Vicente in his Customer Service communication & aggressive demeanour. He behaves as if Bloomingdales is his Personal Boutique. Im pretty sure the CEO doesnt even behave like that. Great location though, and a gentleman who was in charge of the RETURNS DEPARTMENT Kindly helped me and treated me as I should be treated, unlike Vicente.

3:00 pm Saturday afternoon Love this store was here on a Saturday the music is LOUD and overbearing no familiar Tunes. So loud that we stop shopping and left the store Would have given it five stars if we could have stayed longer and spent more money we had to leave because we're too old and the music was too loud
