All I did was call to place an order to have one pre-made arrangement delivered a very short distance, and I ended up telling them to just forget it because they sounded rude on the phone and acted like they didn't want to do it. I told them it sounded like they didn't want any business, and hung up.

Flowers were not delivered on time!

I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement from Blossom Junction in Hamlin, WV several days prior to Mother's Day. A couple of days prior to Mother's Day, I called to follow up and was told by Sandy that she didn't know where the location was after already putting the order in and unable to make the delivery. Disappointed, since I already gave my cc information asked why I didn't know before now. I looked up the address and gave her the directions and then she said it would be delivered. I had a budget which I informed the florist shop not to exceed. Saturday night around 8pm I received a call that the flowers were delivered. Unfortunately, I was charged $10 more than what was agreed upon.
