These are the worse people I have ever dealt with.  Sent a fruit basket to the hospital and the patient never received it.  Called them and they later sent it to his house.  Ordered a sympathy plant and 4 days later they had not received it.  I called and canceled the order.  It's been 27 days and I am still trying to get my money back. They are saying the bookkeeper is sick.  For 27 days??!!  After 27 days she should be in the morgue.  God, I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.

HORRIBLE arrangement for the money and even WORSE customer service.  This is the absolute worst experience working with a florist in Charleston I have ever had, and I work with florists all the time in my line of business.  Anyone considering ordering from them... don't!!
You can get better service and flowers at the grocery store!

PRODUCT NEVER RECEIVED!!  WORST SERVICE EVER!!  I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!.  They don't even deserve a 1 star.  I ordered a hydrangea plant for my MIL funeral and it was NEVER delivered!  The funeral director called them directly for me and they said there was "no record of my order".  I had confirmation and a paid receipt.  Then they said they would deliver to the home but 2 weeks now, still NO delivery!  I called everyday and they said the same thing...that it was "being delivered to the house". I finally cxl'd my order by leaving a message...who knows if it actually cxl'd bc owner has NEVER returned any of my phone messages.  I disputed the charge with AMEX since product was never received...and I was refunded.   
****** DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!  I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!  PURCHASED ITEM WAS NEVER RECEIVED!!  and it was for a funeral ....shame on you Blossoms...heartless ....I will NEVER ever recommend or do business with you again.

Theres a reason for the 1.7 star rating because thats what your asking for if you use this shop. Not only will my sisters bday gift be a day late but no one bothered to call me though i provided a number as requested. A rep said they didnt have permission to leave the flowers. But isnt that why a phone number is being left for record? Irritating reply. I really just cant wait to see what the flower arrangements look like when my sister receives them, i really cant....

TERRIBLE! Just terrible. Do not order from them. Apparently their computers are down they never got my order. They hung up on me when I tried to talk to them. And they don’t deliver?
