Excellent. They got me in the day after I called and I was amazed at this for a busy dental practice. Staff were great and have a quick appointment to get my tooth extracted. Nice doctor. Very grateful.

Avoid these folks at all costs! They mis-charge you. They send you other patients charge statements with personal information. (aren't there HIPPA rules against this?) I sent them $50 and they charged my health savings account $508.60 (how do you get $508 out of $50 I am not sure) and told me they would reverse the over charge when they could find time. This resulted in my HSA being overdrawn but no offer to pay fees etc. (even a sorry would be nice) I asked them to check my insurance before we started the process to verify coverage and they didn't. If they had checked I would have found out that it was going to cost over $3,000 hence the plea at the beginning to have them call the insurance company and tell them exactly what they were going to do. They did find time to check after being halfway through the procedure and many dollars later. After I paid them over $3000 they would not finish the implant until I could come up with the balance of $450.00. There was no way they would take a payment plan. The person you speak to is about as incompetent as they come. Check everything out before you see them and be on your guard when it comes to your bill. Horrible to deal with on every level!!!!

You can never expect oral surgery to be fun. Dr Statsny and his team were very professional and kept me aware of my options for the surgery (wisdom teeth removal). Elected for general anesthesia and full extractions. Very comfortable and very little pain or swelling after removal. The staff was very helpful. Dr Statsny called me personally the night of the surgery just to make sure I was doing ok or had any questions. Hopefully I won't find myself there again for medical reasons, but if necessary would definitely return.
