Called the night before at 9pm for a 6:15 am reservation to Midway. After numerous calls, the car pulls up at 6:45. Female driver wearing house slippers finally comes out of the car when I started to put our bags in the trunk. The only words she muttered were: What airline. Have a nice flight. You better not be in a hurry if you call this company.

Blue cab leases and dispatches, the drivers are independent operators. So you get some variety. But generally they are punctual, friendly, and helpful when you need it. Case: left my phone in one. Luckily I recalled the cab number and so borrowed a phone to call dispatch. The driver brought my phone to their office, and they FedEx it to me, overnight. Yes that is service. Kudos to Blue.

They ok. Idk about the smell but very nice man. I think I'll try working for blue cab myself and bring the ratings up. Uber is a rip off and over rated

blue cab just step up the game and they just got better app for your phone do you could download which is cool i like that your address where you want them to pick you up and drop you off hey awesome service

Literally I called over an hour ahead of time to make sure I had a car and they still are going to make me late for work. Wow. So beyond ridiculous.
