Best local bike shop in town, always willing to help even when I stop in 10 minutes before closing time on a weekend. All the staff is really knowledgeable definitely the only place I go to when there's anything I need. All services and parts a very reasonably priced, there's no other bike shop that can compare to Blue City Cycles on the Southside. Plus who else has such cool shop Cats.

Great local bike shop. I've been to a few others in the city where I felt that the employees were pretentious and looked down on me for not knowing as much about bikes as them -- not the case here. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices for repairs.

Amazing! The staff is super professional, knowledgeable, and quick. I got free labour and a free tire fill up. Expected my issue to take around 45 minutes and I was in and out in 10.

I was satisfied with the customer service, did not get the lady's name but she took the time to explain the questions I had and the process in case I would get a flat on my way to work. haven't rode a bike since I was kid. i will be riding a total of 30 miles a day.
