I love this place. This is the only dental office my family use and have used for 10 years. Dr Schaffer is the best dentist I've met in Georgia and I have been to four others. You Rock Blue Creek Dental!!!!

Nice office with each patient having thier own tv and remote. My hygienist, Ashley, did a great job and gave me some good and pertinent guidance. She did great with my cleaning, was very pleasent and kept me updated about anything someone might consider a delay (I didn't wait long between her finishing my cleaning and seeing Dr Schaffer, especially compared to other offices). This was my first visit and I am extreamly satisfied so far.

Best dentist I've had since I was a kid!! Staff makes you feel comfortable and welcome.

Today was my first time visiting this place, so I guess things could change but I was extremely impressed. Top of the line customer-service. Everyone is extremely pleasant, but just as importantly, everyone is super capable. I didn't get the vibe that their goal is to rip anyone off (they took the time to see if my insurance covered a procedure, and did so without my having to ask; they also discussed the pros and cons of doing the procedure as opposed to just trying to talk me into it for the sake of money). As a healthcare professional, I can honestly say that they don't make places like this anymore. I will be back... and i will tell friends. Best of luck!

My twin boys visited the dentist for the first time when they turned 4. Dr. Shaeffer and his staff let my younger son sit in my lap while they did the exam. They were extremely kid friendly and so helpful. The day of our first visit I completely spaced and left my insurance card at home. They took the time to help me look it up and even played with my kids while I was on the phone with my insurance company. We are so glad to have them in Decatur. Our second visit we were in and out in 30 minutes. Amazing!
