We have hired Blue Door Painters twice and would definitely hire them again.  They are courteous, punctual, highly skilled, and reasonably priced.  It is a pleasure to work with a company that places a high priority on customer service as well as great painting.

My latest experience with Blue Door Painters, like my earlier experience, went very well. Blue Door gave me a detailed written estimate that was considerably cheaper than a competing estimate; they were able to fit me in to the schedule much sooner than I anticipated; they were in and out in one day; and they did a great job. The office folks were also very prompt, honest, and helpful throughout the whole job. 

I'm a landlord and the tenants were very happy. Here is the email they sent:  "The painters did an amazing job! Night and day difference." 

The price wasn't dirt cheap, but it was fair for the work done. It was as trouble free as these things can be. I've used Blue Door before and I'll use them again.

Description of work:
The kitchen ceiling and a bathroom were repainted. The paint and plaster in the bathroom were in bad shape from a lot of wear, humidity, and some mold, and needed a lot of prep work.

Our HOA painted the brick buildings a couple of years ago, but the prep/prime work was not done properly and the paint started to peel off after 1-2 years. Therefore, we were careful as we decided to paint this time and interview several painters. Blue Door was patient in answering all our questions both before and during the job. They took about 2 days to prep and paint 8 two-storey row houses. The results look nice now and we are waiting to see how long these last.

I've used Blue Door Painters twice for painting jobs in my apartment and the work has been uniformly excellent. The painters have been professional, polite, communicative, detail-oriented, timely, and neat. I would highly recommend using this company.

Our condo association hired Blue Door Painters for an exterior painting job. Fernando, the focal point, visited the job site and sent the proposal on the same day. The workmen also worked very efficiently. During the job, the association residents had some inquiries and Fernando explained/clarified them promptly.
