If I could give less than one star I certainly would.  Everything went well the day of the consultation.  I was seen by his assistant, never even saw Dr. Laureno for the consultation.  The staff and his assistant were very pleasant.  The day of the procedure however, was anything but pleasant.  

I was in the chair being prepped for the anesthetic.  Dr. Laureno asked me if my dentist had told me what bad shape my teeth and gums were in.  He proceeded to tell me the issues I had and that now he was going to have to "cut out two teeth".  I was very anxious to begin with but upon his chastisement I started feeling very ill and started to pass out.  As I layed back in the chair and closed my eyes to  try to deal with this I heard him tell his young assistant that "when they do this" is when I give them the injection.  

I was helpless to even tell him not to put a hand on me and to let me out of the chair.  When I woke up I was unable to express my disgust with him.  It has been a few years since this had happened but I feel I need to speak to this incident.  He was the most unprofessional person I had ever had to deal with.  In my opinion he has no business in this profession.

So I thought I was doing good. I went to Blue Grass Oral Surgery Center and had some work done on my sons mouth. I went in before hand to get a price on doing the work. It was nice and we were out in a resonaible time with the cost of surgery. We then proceeded to make an appointment and have the work done. We paid upfront and all was good. But now 2 months later they want to bill me for an additional amount that was covered on the up front estate but now its not. I wont go back. I will go to Etown or Louisville.
