Story

Leo Fried has offered personal custom design services for over 26 years. Leo & the staff also offer a unique selection of jewelry, full service repairs on-site and appraisals, watch battery replacement and perform our own manufacturing. We offer jewelry you won't find elsewhere, can create jewelry specifically for you using your gemstones or ours & can help maintain your jewelry for years to come.

So happy with the service we received from Blue Heron! My husband purchased my engagement ring there--they were willing to order in difficult to find settings in to see if I liked them--and gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate! We came back for our wedding bands and ordered his there and had mine custom designed and made to our specifications. Jessica and all of the staff were so helpful and great at helping find the right ones for our taste. I've been able to go in and get my ring cleaned in just a few minutes and come back sparkling and looking brand new whenever I needed. So thrilled with their customer service and workmanship. 

If only they had loaner rings for when I had to leave mine with their designer...

I took a diamond earring (lost the other) into Blue Heron. With the assistance of very helpful staff, I had it set into a lovely gold, scrolled heart pendant as a gift for my niece on her high school graduation. The result was an heirloom piece that she wore with pride to her prom. I am sure it will make another appearance when she marries. I would highly recommend working with Blue Heron if you are in the market for a custom piece; but must add that they have many gorgeous, original pieces on hand. So much more special than some national chain store!

This was the first jewelry store that really treated me like an individual and took an interest in my needs and wants throughout the whole experience.  Megan and Daniella are fantastic people and truly made the experience much better and easier. They were flexible, patient, and understanding. Highly recommended.

Visited today looking at earrings with a friend. We were both waited on with friendly and informative, but never pushy, service. Jewelry is lovely.
