I was very pleased with Blue in Green Center.  The office space was new and clean.  All staff were friendly and personable.   I had my first laser hair removal treatment with Cissy.  She made me feel comfortable, explaining everything to me first.  The treatment was quick and easy!  I'm looking forward to going back again.

I've had a great experience and can tell the laser hair removal treatments are working. I've only gone in for 3 sessions and my hair has become more fine. The facility is clean and they're staff is great. Always gentle and caring while very informative on procedures.

loved it, the process was explained in a way that I could understand! The staff was professional, the center was easy to find and convenient to find and parking was easy.  There was no pressure to book or purchase the services I was interested in, after my consult.

First session through Groupon was nice. 

Lots of upsell pressure.  I bought package. I bought a product.

Product took weeks to get.  I had to go pick up at the salon.  Though i paid in cash up front and overpaid   they delayed ordering because they were short on tax which they had failed to include in the quote.  If I hadn't called to check on the delay, they never would have ordered the product at all!

They cackled my session on less than 24 hour notice before my big event.  They claim they cannot reschedule be can the practitioner is not the there.

Second session wait time was 20 min.  Session was short as ar was result.  Products used smelled of sulphur.  Instrument seemed unclean.  They asked if they could take photos of my procedure.  They said that they would give $50 in products and services if I did.   I said yes.  They never honored the $50 

I would not recommend.
