Enrollment is hell no one is ever here. it's a ghost town if your looking for en employe. I suspect the other reviews that simply say "nice"with a 5 star rating is simply a review to pad there ratings and a few others like "nice campus" with a five star rating. I'm giving it 1 star only because you can't give it 0 or even a more accurate-3 rating it deserves. I can not understate how bad this school truly is.

I had a similar experience as another poster on here. They do not help you with anything at all, and when I ask them questions everyone treats me like I'm stupid. I am an online student, so I do not have the luxury of being able to go on campus and receive help. I have been trying since January 2016 to receive my grant money, and they refuse to help or give it to me. I am living on my own, and have bills to pay. I was supposed to receive extra money from my grant and scholarship, but I have ended up having to pay for my classes since I can't get my grant. After MANY phone calls and emails, I was finally able to receive a call back from someone at the financial aid office. She was VERY rude, and every time I tried to call her back I couldn't get ahold of her. To this day, I still have not been able to actually converse over the phone with her. She wouldn't answer my questions either; just told me the same unhelpful things everyone else did. The professors are either very good, or very bad. There is no in-between. I have had such a difficult time at this college that I am actually changing my major (from something I am VERlY passionate about) so I can attend EOU. The layout of the online classes is also very inconvenient. Overall, I don't recommend going to this college unless you're going to attend in-person, plan on paying your expenses out-of-pocket, and don't mind dealing with rude people.

No one really helps you here. I've been asking several questions since February 2015, and I've been trying to get signed up for classes for Summer term for 2015... I can't attend Summer term 2015 because my FASFA's incomplete. For almost a month I've gone to the advisers room and asked to speak with them but they were busy for almost a month to two months in a row they were not in their room, the sign that says go see this person if i'm not here... i go to see that person there not even in their office either... there are not many options open for students trying to complete enrollment for deadlines. My adviser had a presidential meeting on campus they had to attend that was more important then getting a student signed up for college that's been trying for almost two months to talk to the right people about what to do, when I did finally get time to schedule something I was told I had to do these processes to get signed up that weren't even important before getting to speak to someone to make sure my deadlines were met. After almost two months of trying to reach out, no one really helped me. I cannot attend this school now as a result of everyone being BUSY. I'm probably the only black person at this school as well. It's really difficult to be a college graduate where no ones helping the minority... here. The trio place was busy, like literally I came on spring break where it was dead. This campus has people always busy, but never has time to help students with whats most important getting them educated. It's so messed up, like if it was me I'd have fired Trio, Advisers, and Fin aid for lack of being committed to students and getting them set up and cleared for school. They are like just wait for next semester well I mean I don't have that option. College is literally impossible to complete I can't even get enrolled during times of not being homelessness to be able to do anything with my life. Thanks for nothing Blue Mountain CC.
