The Dentist is exceptional both in his technique(s) and in his suggestions, alternatives to each situation, which is different for everyone. His Hygienist is top notch. And I am a nervous nellie, So they will use nitrous if needed. Putting that aside, the are a small cohesive group that personalizes your treatment, you are NOT a number. They are up beat, happy and comfortable with one mission to take care of YOU. And they do it So well, I look forward to each visit now, instead of being consumed with fear and dreading the situation. From wherever you are, they are worth the drive.

Dr. Arena and all the staff have been fantastic. I have four children, the youngest two are autistic, and the staff have provided superb care for all of us. I never worry about their care. I can relax. That's not the norm when you have two autistic children. We've been going there for years now, and I never plan to change that. I'm so grateful to have such wonderful care for my family. Beware! Beware! This office will scam you out of your money. They booked me month after month, checking my insurance, before any services, during each visit, and after months of service, (now I know that was a lie) even booked me the following year. Which didn't take care of my rotting wisdom teeth, which was a primary concern for me, not the fillings and small bond work. I had wisdom teeth rotting in my mouth and they said those could wait til after the next year of services ( fillings and small bond work). That I should get this work done first, not the wisdom teeth. I told them no way, I can smell my wisdom teeth rotting, and taste something so horrible coming from them. They never would send a referral out, to a oral surgeon, stalling around, so I had to find my own oral surgeon, and got them pulled ( ins. Cleared there). That dentist/medical doctor (MD) that pulled my wisdom teeth said, I should of not waited. My wisdom teeth were in fact breaking, because of rot. Soon after that, blue oaks dental called me stating I had no insurance in the previous months, in fact, with my co-pays I paid, them they said I still owe over $1,000. So, this place kept booking me month after month, telling me my insurance cleared. I was paying my patient percentage based on my insurance coverage. Now I have collections contacting me, because of their scam!! Beware of these people, they are a friendly, clean place, so unnasuming, but are total scam artists.

We were with Dr Arena for several years. And he is a great dentist. However the receptionist was very rude and always seem to make us feel like we're bothering them. We left Dr Arena a year ago and went to another dentist. We decided to go back to Dr Arena since he is closer to us and to give the receptionist another chance. I had a filling that needed to be replaced and asked when the soonest I could get in. The receptionist told me with my schedule the soonest was about 2 months away. She was less than helpful or caring and again made me feel like I was bothering them. Great dentist but horrible receptionist.
