Its not a vacation destination but rather a cheap place to live long term it appears.  I wouldn't bring my family here, the owner needs to get off his/her lazy butt and put some work into this place! Its a shame.....has potential and is so close to downtown Blue Ridge.

This is a prime example of a low life, trashy trailer park.  Owner sets a very low standard but his tenants manage to meet it!

As far as campgrounds go, this place is not bad at all. So far we've stayed for 4 days and the mud puddles haven't swallowed us whole lol. It's a campground people, seriously... If you expect squeaky clean floors, no mud, and no bugs then go to a hotel. Personally, I have no complaints and the owner is extremely nice. Would stay here again any time.

Last minute trip, only place available, other campers said this place was clean and well maintained a year ago. Not so now, drive was rutty, pool - green, showers - nasty, the entire facility was in need of repair and maintenance. Owner has about 6 or 8 barking dogs in a fenced area adjacent to campers sites that barked day and night. We should have boondocks at Walmart. lol
