very observant owner so a safe place it is not updated but they keep it clean no pets!! Smoking and non smoking rooms and owner does make sure that your not smoking in non smoking. Good place but privacy is a bit invaded is say

Ya the rooms are ok, but the management is very different that of a chain with regard to checking in and out. We work on the road staying most nights in a hotel. Most hotels when you check out you pay. Yes they swipe your card but it is not run until check out. Not at the blue ridge if you tell them you want a room for 3 night they charge you 3 nights at check in. If you only stay 2 nights they refuse to refund the 3rd night. Checkin and check out is a long slow process to when your dog tired after a 12 hour shift. Slow even after you have stayed there many times within the previous months...

First off, this is clearly an old motel, with a cramped bathroom floor plan. However, the place is spotless. New, immaculate bathroom fixtures, a decent bed, AC that works well. A great value. About the only improvement would be the addition of a light on the desk - it's a little dark on that side of the room. I hope to come back!

Rooms are clean but the wifi signal is almost nonexistent.
The Parkview Hotel just up the road has better weekly rates.

Quiet hotel, relatively clean. There isn't much to do around the area though.
