Story

Blue Ridge Roofing serves the residents and businesses of Charlottesville, Albemarle, Greene, Orange, Madison, Culpeper, Louisa, Fluvanna and Nelson counties. We are a class A licensed contractor specializing in traditional double lock standing seam, slate, cedar shakes and shingles, asphalt shingles, steel and aluminum shingles, and single-ply and trafficable decks. In addition, we custom fabricate gutter and ornamental metal products. Many of our products are eco-friendly. We are members of the Better Business Bureau and look forward to informing and helping you with your next new roof or re-roofing project.

A great roofing company. I had a tin roof on my 1900 built house in Charlottesville, Virginia that had severe leaking problems. Blue Ridge Roofing replaced the entire roof and repaired wood rot in the attic. In the years since the roof replacement by Blue Ridge, not one drop of water has leaked through that roof. I recommend Blue Ridge roofing to anyone in need of roof replacement or repair. They are the best.

This company is absolutely the BEST around... and I shopped them all.  From start to finish every person that I dealt with was polite and knowledgeable and their focus was on doing the job correctly and with quality.  We love our roof and we get non-stop compliments on it.  We have the smallest house in an expensive area of estates and this beautiful roof dark bronze matte, snap-seam with snow guards and 6" round gutters kicked us up into a whole new category.  THIS is the roofing company to use.

My experience with Blueridge Roofing couldn't have gone smoother. They were responsive and helpful from start to finish and post follow-up. A few days after the new roof had been installed, we received a weeks worth of hard rain but no signs of leaks anywhere. We just received the first snow of the winter a little over a week ago.. 4 inches and the roof was fine. They did a good job and it looks great!

Blue Ridge roofing  This company owned by Jerry Bach and his son Jeb Bach was the installer for our new metal roof. We worked out the details with them ahead of time to get the right dates and times that would work for us on changing our room from a shingle roof to a metal roof  Jerry did all the preparatory worked and came and saw our house and came up with a contractual agreement showing us all the things that we would need. He also worked with us on the snow guards as we live in the mountains. He also helped us with a gutter system. It was designed in Sweden to handle large volumes  of water and melting snow.  When knew all the total cost ahead of time. We signed a contract with all the details in place  Jeb are installer came and kept me up-to-date. We lived out of town at a second home and he would send me photographs and call and text me and give me updates. He would also ask me questions if there were decisions that need to be made on the go, Jeff was unbelievable and stay in constant contact with me to make sure that the job was done correctly as well as my wife and I liking.  When we were visit the house, they would make absolutely sure that we could access the house and kept their equipment and trucks and positions. It would allow us to get in and out when we had to come and go. They were extremely considerate about their workspace and their tools in terms of us entering and exiting the house.  They would also pay extra attention to detail such as keeping the property clean from the debris, cleaning up each day and removing all the extraneous materials from the ground and property for safety issues as well as for cleanliness  The craftsmanship of our very complicated roof, which had at least five or seven different sections required a lot of on the go, mechanical decision-making on how to design the roof and put it together. Jeb was an expert in that area and made every effort to make the job look fantastic as well as to make it functional.  At the very end of the job, Jeb made sure that the water would not affect our mulch or flowerbeds or other parts of the house, but also helping us design exits for water to move it away from the house  Jerry, who is the owner was always available to help with changes that needed to be made or other issues. He kept me informed as well as Jeb of the progress.  After the project was done, we reviewed everything in detail and my wife and I were very satisfied. The roof was absolutely beautiful. The gutter system was amazing and the entire installation went well with very little issues. Of course, we had to contend with rain and some issues that slowed things down, but the professionalism and the architectural design was fantastic  I would highly recommend this company to anyone for the roof replacement!!!!!!

Blue Ridge has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Lightning caused damage that other companies tried to upsell us if they answered the phone at all. Jeremy handled the whole process, including finding our hard-to-locate siding color, fixed the damage we knew about and what we didn't, and our budget stayed intact. It's a beautiful finish and we are so relieved it's done. I highly recommend this Blue Ridge roofing for helpful, honest, efficient, and professional work.

Our roof leaked after a heavy rain and caused some ceiling damage inside. I called multiple roofing contractors with the best response being a 3 week wait for an estimate, until I called Blue Ridge Roofing and spoke to their Project Coordinator, Jeb. He showed up on his way home with a temporary patch to prevent rain in the forecast from bringing the ceiling down if it leaked again. And he explained the professional way the company would repair the roof leak once an appointment is scheduled. This service is far and away above any expectations and saved us a lot of drywall expense. Thank you for understanding our emergency.

Tracy and Michael came out To my house in North downtown Charlottesville and within 30 minutes repaired the leaking area in my roof; as well as some other areas they noticed, which I had missed. This was such a relief because I had gotten quotes from other roofing companies for ripping up big sections of the roof and would cost me much much more. They had great customer service which put me at ease and really earned my trust.
