Too expensive; not a good value. Laundry wash and fold is a whopping $3 per pound, and is sorted by three colors (not mentioned on their site), each with a 10 lb minimum (also not mentioned on their site). So already you're paying $90 for a mix of laundry to wash and fold. I ended up being charged well over $120 for about a week's worth of laundry, which wasn't even complete same day (the clothes are taken off-site for washing). However, at least the clothes were cleaned and packed well. Still, it does not justify the exorbitant cost.

Terrible quality, awful customer service, how is this place still in business?! They ruined my sweaters, charged me $8 to clean them, and blamed me for the problems AFTER I called them continuously for over 3 weeks to get to the bottom of the issue. Finally, they told me that they thought I had dropped a sweater off with holes in it but never brought it to my attention. This place is the worst and charges and arm and a leg for a terrible job done.

Great job at a reasonable price with a very pleasant staff.  They also offer free pick up and delivery!

I had an expensive khaki trench coat with honey all over it.  They did a great job and were very efficient. It was $26.
